A rare opportunity to purchase a model 501 armchair designed by G-Plan c.1956 for bespoke upholstery. Reminiscent of Ernest Race designs from the 1940’s these wonderful chairs are rarely seen today.  Wonderful curved wide, buttoned wingback, rounded arms and solid beech splyed legs with a fully sprung seat base and back these chairs are incredibly comfortable and look wonderful from every angle. These chairs look fabulous in a two-tone finish as seen in the catalogue picture.
